Motivation for Running for Mayor under the Build Bozeman by Bozeman Plan
Something needs to change to solve our terrible housing problem, and that is what I, Christopher Brizzolara, am running on, as my major platform, for the Mayor of Bozeman this November 2021.
Please click on my blog to read up and understand all my proposals and plans:
I am also running because I believe we Americans deserve true democracy, a liveable wage ($22 minimum wage), and the ability to make it out here for everyone, via selling small residential lots back to the people (via $50K lots).
“All we are saying”… is give people land!
If the Build Bozeman by Bozeman 2.0 Housing plan were passed, up to 11,000 Montanans would have new housing in our city, and it’d be owned by them, the individual American. All my proposals for housing are for single family residences only (mainly in the form of 1/2 acre lots, but it additionally offers some condo buildings to be built via design competitions).
And I am running because I’m deeply opposed to Bozeman’s potential future of having the middle class be forever renters in Bozeman, while rich Californians own portfolios of nightly rental homes in Old Town (which are currently preventing up to 90+ houses from being rented to local families or the equivalent of over 350 MSU students).
Thank you for considering voting for Christopher Brizzolara’s Bozeman by Bozeman Mayoral Campaign for November 2021, and please realize the choice is simple:
You can vote for a fake & phony liar, and vote for everything to stay the same (Moneybags),
You can vote for one candidate who is a libertarian and has lost twice already (Brian),
Or you can vote for a Bozeman built by and for the people of Bozeman.
This November, Bozeman can change and take back it’s future and I need you to vote, otherwise we will suffer 4 more years of the same ol’ same ol’ because our politicians are so out of touch with what is really in need for the city’s future.
Finally, I am also urging everyone to vote for any of the new candidates running on the ballot, and to vote out all the incumbents and drain our swamp called the Bozeman City Commission. I’m a huge fan of Emily Talago and her ideas, and I’ve become friends with Evan Rainey through this campaign and support him as well. But anyone’s better than that meek, yes-man Terry, who’s spending over $20K to beat me and the two time, bout to be three time, loser Brian.
